Summary/Abstract: Purpose of the report is to analyze Bulgaria’s potential for development of gourmet tourism. What are the opportunities for this sector in tourism and what resources have to be imposed on Bulgarian and international market as “gourmet destination”. In the report are examined the reasons for increasing the gourmet culture of tourists and preconditions for development of gourmet tourism in Bulgaria.
