Summary/Abstract: The Tort Law is one of the subjects, which are actual always in the world. The Law has the task to create measures and mechanisms to prevent and to compensate the caused damages. The compensation law as one of the important subjects that has been not very often object of scientific work in our country. The theory has followed the juridical practice. But our lawmaking system doesn’t pay any attention to the development of the science. This is the reason why I would like to research in the present article the correlation between the different measures for compensation the damages, their relative place in the system of compensation and to express my critical attitude to the lack of right of recourse in benefit of the social security system against the delinquent and his insurer against third parties risks.
