Origin and evolution of foreign policy ideology of the American neo-conservatism in 1930—1980-s

Summary/Abstract: The article analyzes the process of formation of foreign policy ideology of the American neo-conservatism and intellectual evolution of its key ideologists. Attention is paid to the external factors of influence, disagreements existing in this current, to the reasons of growth and decrease in popularity of the neo-conservative ideas among the American political establishment during the «Cold War».
