Summary/Abstract: The last hundred years of musical art are the top and logical outcome of a long journey. The preceding century revealed principles applicable throughout the formative period of European art music. Movement from the Middle Ages to Modern times is the process of permanent dormant, the emergence of new qualities. As seen at the moment, this route was logical laws. The 20th century appears as the center of origin and the new internal struggle opposing concepts of creativity. It was at this time unfolds the whole panorama of the new features and tools, reaches its climax rapid development of other content areas and, in this regard, the extraordinary expansion of the concept of the music. The prevailing conditions and circumstances caused restructuring in the perception of sounding form of music, because new ideas and emotions in the most demanding compliance with sound field, first of all – in sound quality. The result of this process was, for example, preparation instruments, reducing the role of the string group, the increase in the value of percussion instruments and others. Move ahead of the 20th century brought huge changes in a person's life, his emotions. Therefore, composers continued to look for new stuff to bring the images that rose before them. A consequence of this trend is the emergence of a large number of various techniques of composition. Among them seriality and arising therefrom, serialism. The desire for freedom, to finding something unusual has resulted in the idea of randomness and aleatoric technique having a plurality of different options. It embodies an extreme point aleatory unsystematic.
