Summary/Abstract: Thanks to the unwritten sources gathered between 1999 and 2005, this essay is willing to analyze the roumanian migrating process to Rome before Romania entered the European Union by demonstrating the importance of history thanks to the speaking voice of “ marginal” subjects.
