ACTIVATING BODIES OF LOCALSELF-GOVERNMENT IN MANAGEMENT OF RENEWABLE NATURAL RESOURCES OF AGRICULTURE

Summary/Abstract: The paper is dedicated to peculiarities of activating local self-government bodies in management of the processes of use of agricultural natural resources. Urgent problems concerning share of powers between the state and the region are substantiated. It was determined that bodies of local self-government have much less powers in management and control of the use of natural resources including agricultural renewable resources and in the sphere of environmental regulation than local administrations. Perspective tasks are described, which have to be solved by local self-government bodies in the process of managing use of renewable natural resources.
