Summary/Abstract: Article considers the types and forms of investigation and search operations in the criminal proceedings. Determine the procedure and procedural provisions securing of evidence of the investigation and search operations. Installed elements slichoyi investigative actions and provided procedural form, which should be fixed in the minutes. Fixed procedural safeguards investigation of investigative actions that are members of the criminal proceedings. According to the results provided ways to improve procedural safeguards during the investigation and search operations.
