Summary/Abstract: In this article the structure of the domestic administrative proceedings is examined with the system approach as a set of separate proceedings connected with each other to the most effective protection of the rights and freedoms of all subjects of public relations. The author proposes to consider this problem from the standpoint of differentiation procedural form identifies common, simplified and complicated the proceedings in the structure of the administrative proceedings.
