Summary/Abstract: In the last half century, the world and especially one of the most important aspects of the migration phenomenon in Turkey. Mass displacement movements will continue to influence and influenced the lives of communities at all times. Because the State of the Republic of Turkey since April 2011 is experiencing the largest wave of immigration since mobility is perhaps history. Syria-based refugees or immigrant candidates constitute the main source of these migrations to the territory of our country. In the light of these developments, Turkey's role in the detection area of the Republic of migration management constitutes the main objective of this study. The research has benefited from articles, magazines, books, internet resources and newspaper articles. According to research findings, it was determined that the refugee and immigration movements to our country could be controlled by policies to be implemented by central and local governments.
