Summary/Abstract: This article discusses the offence against the Institutional Roles (Policies) as an element of Boiko Borisov’s populist strategy during the parliamentary crisis between 25.9.2013 and 25.7.2014. The theoretical framework of analysis is based on the scientific paradigm that is using the populism as a strategy for achieving political mobilization. The text follows up on how Borisov regarded as a charismatic populist leader is able to cause this crisis himself and also manages to turn out his populist proclamations against the political elites, the ruling parties and the institutions of the legislative and executive power.
