Summary/Abstract: Appeal proceedings has a specific structure that differs from that of the first instance. It consists of two stages – preparatory actions for examination of the case at a court hearing and court hearing of the appellate jurisdiction. Like the first instance, the preparatory actions for examination of the case at a court hearing, is a separate stage and possesses features that distinguish it from the same actions in the first instance. The mere court hearing of the appellate jurisdiction has six stages – the new stage, compared to the first instance, is a report by the judge-rapporteur, who is following the sub-stage actions to allow the case to progress at court hearing, and before sub-stage judicial trial.
