Summary/Abstract: The aim of the study was to select the factors influencing the value of land properties for construction purposes in the Kornik municipality in the years 2010–2013, with particular emphasis on factors directly related to the features of the analyzed plots. The data used for the purchase-sale of undeveloped real estate acquired from the District Geodetic and Cartographic Documentation Center in Poznan were used. Data collected were analyzed for multiple regression and neural networks. The research allowed to distinguish the attributes influencing the value of real estate and determining the degree of their influence.
