Summary/Abstract: The article deals with the prospects of the third age education of people in Ukraine in the context of intercultural dialogue, articulated by the Council of Europe. Intercultural dialogue appears dominant component in the objective to live in the new socio-cultural models of the world based on respect for human rights and fundamental freedoms of people to us.
