Summary/Abstract: The natural and anthropogenic potentials (conditions and resources) are represented development basis of each community as well as Sjenica. The influence of nature is particularly exposed here, because that is a specific landscape also known as a Serbia roof. Climate, high altitudes, specific old fashionable agriculture, richness in hydro potential and etc., have very unique part in development plans, spatial planning and planning of some infrastructure corridors on the Serbia and Montenegro territory. Sjenica has very well preserve natural conditions, although it is not followed with abdicative conservations measurements and planning documents.
