Specifically: the Slavic service written in honor of St. Cyril, most definitely created by St. Clement of Ohrid (preserved through 20-plus transcriptions dating to the XI and XVII centuries); two Slavic services in honor of St. Methodius, the former created by Constantine of Preslav (preserved through 2 transcriptions from the XIII century) and the latter more recently dated, written by St. Clement of Ohrid (preserved through 1 transcription from the end of the XIII and the beginning of the XIV century); a general service (or canon) in honor of Sts. Cyril and Methodius (preserved through 1 transcription from the XIII century); the cycle of Catholic services in honor of Sts. Cyril and Methodius (in particular the Croatian ones written in the Old Church Slavonic using the Glagolitic script, as well as the Czech-Moravian and Polish services written in Latin, and using the Latin script. During the XIX century, the hymnography in honor of Sts. Cyril and Methodius were enriched by 2 hymns, created and arranged melodically by the Russian hymnographers Anthony Khrapovitsky and German of Valaam, who emigrated to the Balkans. The research concludes with an examination of the hymnograpies about the Seven Apostles, namely students of Sts. Cyril and Methodius: Gorazd, Clement, Naum, Angelarius, and Sawa (or Laurentius)
