Summary/Abstract: The introduction of the Integrated Qualifications System and the Polish Qualifications Framework obliges the universities to define learning outcomes also in the area of moral theology. The specific outcome is what students should know, and what skills and social competences they should have after completing the education/learning process. However, while the intended outcomes can be relatively easily formulated, their verification in the process of education in the area moral theology poses far more difficulties than in the case of other sciences. In particular, this concerns the assessment of social competences and the degree of the identification of knowledge relating to Christian morality with everyday practice.
