Summary/Abstract: Subject of the study – Singapore Free Trade Agreements (FTA), established or under negotiation. The aim is to identify the peculiarities and reasons for the design of the integration system and policy of Singapore, to develop recommendations for the EAEU and Ukraine. Methodology: system approach, quantitative and qualitative analysis, theories of integration. Results: Based on the analysis of Singapore's FTA with ASEAN, EU, EFTA, USA, GCC, China, India, R. Korea, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan, Panama, Peru, Turkey, etc. identified the reasons and peculiarities of the formation of the integration system and policy of Singapore, given recommendations for the EAEU and Ukraine. Field of application: creation FTAs of the EAEU and Ukraine taking into account the world experience. Conclusions: 1. Causes: Asian financial crisis, failures of the Doha Round, role of the trade, industrial and financial center, small economy, export orientation, transnationalization, competitiveness, diversification of ties, risk hedging. 2. Peculiarities of integration system and policy of Singapore: FTA with major large partners; diversification of links; adaptation to globalization and the growth of negotiating force in ASEAN; Hub & Spock integration; variety of FTA forms; comprehensive, innovative, evolving and asymmetric FTA+; significant effects in trade in services, FDI, technology transfer. 3. Recommendations on the design of the FTA and Ukraine with Singapore: focus on NTBs, trade in services, investment, IPRs, trade procedures; long transition period; strict rules of origin; stimulation of inclusion and creation of new GVC diversification of trade, transfer of technologies; preservation of protection measures in FTAs; negative approach in services liberalization; limited liberalization of public procurement, migration.
