Summary/Abstract: The concept of security is applied in the analysis both at the level of the individual, as individual security, but also of the collectivises or human communities - national, regional or global security. All should be understood as physical, social and psychic security, and express a fundamental requirement of human personality or communities, because it ensures their ability to exist, develop, and assert their own values and interests.In discussing the concept of security, revealing the individual level is necessary because the individual is the basic unit to which the concept of security is expressed. For the individual, the need for security and stability in a chaotic, threatening and threatening world is one of the primary needs, whose satisfaction is absolutely necessary before a person can go about fulfilling his personality elsewhere. Being constantly under threat of various dangers, man has capitalized on his resources to defend himself against them. People in a state of danger can resort to violent means to defend themselves and thus fulfil the need for security. First of all, they had to cope with immediate threats, and only after that they could devote their efforts to ensuring the conditions for development. An individual is the primary source of security or insecurity of the other, and at the psychological level is the primary source of security or insecurity.
