Summary/Abstract: One of the biggest confrontations on the planet is that of resources and energy markets. And where there is confrontation, there is an intrinsic requirement of security, information, intelligence. Information in the field of energy security, as well as energy interest (as a vital interest), becomes vital information. Globalization and fragmentation generate new orientations and new connections in the financial, economic (especially energy) and informational space, and this requires new reflections and new ways of investigating, knowledge and evaluating the field. Because everything is based on energy. Life itself is both substance, energy and information, and it lasts as long as there are enough energy resources. Energy resources are the vital resources of the planet, of mankind, of life and of the Universe. That is why energy security is part of the vital security of the world, it is its tough nucleus, around which the entire structure of resistance to existence, development and becoming is taking place.
