Summary/Abstract: In this papper I discuss the Marxist critique that Richard Miller brings to John Rawls, Theory of Justice. The starting point of this criticism is rawlsian innovative concept – the difference principle, which justifies inequalities in marxist vision of the society. With reference to Miller’s critique I will try to highlight its structure, argumentative line, coherence and posed inaccuracies. The question that will give an answer is whether Marxist criticism can relate to how Rawls builds his theory of justice
