Summary/Abstract: In the 21st century companies need to innovate in order to develop. It is not just about product innovation, but also as a broadly understood concept, that is also organizational, technological, process. Innovative actions that will streamline the business and make it more competitive than other industry players. One cannot grow by increasing market share with a low price, because the customer of the 21st century is also evolving, changing needs, changing pocket size, and hence requirements for product quality and service need to change.This article is intended for entrepreneurs as they see innovation, what obstacles they face when they are introduced, how they view this process, and how it translates into a competitive change.
