Summary/Abstract: Medical tourism, is patient’s trip to another country or region situated outside the place of his residence. Frequently, it takes place together with accompanying people. The main goal of such a trip is the improvement of health condition or taking advantage of specialized medical care. More and more tourists visit Poland every year. They usually come from Germany, France or Great Britain. However, these are not the only tourists visiting Poland in order to spend their free time here as well as take advantage of medical treatment. The Directive of the European Parliament and of the Council 211/24/EU, regarding the application of patients’ laws in the cross-border health care, as well as the possibility of its usage by companies, providing popular in Poland services for foreign customers/patients/tourists such as: plastic surgery, dentistry or even infertility treatment, is not an insignificant fact. Therefore, it is worth paying attention to the offers of companies rendering their services to tourists The main purpose of this article is the analysis of website offers provided by companies specializing in medical tourism in Poland. The analysis will be an introduction to further research of the Author.
