IS THE EFFECTIVENESS OF HUMANITARIAN CRIMINAL POLICY ACHIEVABLE?

Summary/Abstract: The article discusses some issues which are of great importance of achieving the humanity of criminal policy. This would be impossible without the correlation between legal doctrine and criminal practice. Thus, a conclusion has been done that the effectiveness of humanitarian criminal policy is a fully achievable and doable goal if some normative changes are made which the author has been proposed in this article.
