Summary/Abstract: The goal of this study is to generate a framework of the model theory of corporate entrepreneurship (CE) as a starting point for further research in the field. Ten models of CE are analyzed; a framework for practical implementation of the theory of CE is generated in two groups of empirically validated factors of the internal and external environment of the organization. The analysis of the CE models allows for evaluation of the feasibility of each model and the validity of the factors influencing CE. As a result of the analysis of the models, two groups of factors validated in the context of various empirical studies are proposed to form a framework for further research in the CE theory and its application. A new model of CE is proposed.
