Summary/Abstract: The article is undertaking the issue of presentation of Culver Academies, Indiana. The USA as an example of mentoring supported by the school program. In the paper, I discuss leadership model and its demands towards moral as well as an ethical quality within problem-solving and decision-making issues. I also indicate the cultural factor of American understanding of leadership in comparison with the Polish stand.
