MANAGEMENT BY IMPROVING THE QUALITY AND MOTIVATION OF STAFF IN SMALL AND MEDIUM BUSINESS

Summary/Abstract: This paper presents the essence, normative classification and the role of SME in Bulgaria. It is uses the SWOT analysis method to provide a more complete overview of its overall state. The emphasis is placed on staff and on their effective management, which will contribute to increasing the productivity and efficiency of each organization. An analysis has been made on the main problems related to the quality of human resources in SME and at the same time, the main directions for their improvement are given.
