Summary/Abstract: Constitutional Law is in the process of increasingly intensified internationalization. Тhe process of internationalization of constitutional law is accompanied by the process of consitutionalization of international law. The two processes involve terminology whose meaning is yet to be clearly defined. The ensuing confusion has been further compounded by the emergence of new terms refering to a process similar to but not the same as the process of internationalization of constitutional law (for example, the globalization of constitutional law). Hence, this paper aims to contribute to the understanding and clarification of modern trends in the development of constitutional law and to point out the differences between the existing processes that are simultaneously taking place in the sphere of constitutional law. At the same time, the paper will also discuss the process of normative and factual internationalization of constitutional law of the Republic of Serbia.
