Formation of the Parliamentary Comittee of the XVIIth National Assembly

Summary/Abstract: The article explores different aspects of the process of forming a parliamentary committee investigating the actions of bulgarian cabinets of Geshov and Danev before and during the Balkan wars, which lead the country to a national catastrophe. The committee of inquiry was established according to the members of the Constitution, but there is a political rather than a judicial function to pursue the responsibility of political factors.
