Reflections of Cultural and Historical Disruptions in Macedonian Contemporaneity

Summary/Abstract: This year Macedonia is going through numerous disruptions that remind us of the past. The argument for such an opinion is that in 2018 we celebrate several jubilees of Macedonian cultural iconic historic persons - 200 years since the birth of Partenia Zografski, 175 years from the death of Teodosiј Sinaitski and 170 from Anatoli Zo-grafski, 125 years from the death of Gjorgjija Pulevski and Grigor Prlichev. They were the enlighteners who: had written the first textbooks on the mother tongue, had opened a printing offices, had fought against Hellenic cultur-al dominance, and for the restoration of the Ohrid Archbishopric and had directly participated in several uprisings. This year are marked 140 years from the San Stefano Treaty and Berlin Treaty, than 105 years from the Bucharest Treaty, with which Macedonia was divided, 70 year of the persecution of Macedonians from Aegean Macedonia etc. That’s why it looks like that all these questions reach us today.
