ASSESSING AND ANALYZING THE PRACTICALITY OF THE ESTABLISHED NORMATIVE SYSTEM IN ENTERPRISES

Summary/Abstract: The author deals with the possibility of verification if a given and admitted, system of norms in an enterprise or in one of its separate workings applies or not, in a given period, of time, - to the real possibilities of execution. The author deals with this problem by using statistical methods. In the first part of the article - execution, of the norms statistical lot - he deals with the observing of the execution of the norms for one month - and determines the statistical parametres by considering the execution within, a month as a complete statistical lot. In the second part - analysis of the execution of a system of given norms - he dealt with the reality of the observed system by using the statistical method X2. The author compares the realised tendencies of movement of the phenomenon with the theoretic tendency and on the ground of such a comparison he appreciates the reality of the given system of norms. He shows which are those possible reasons of non execution of the norms and proposes some conditions that would make possible an increased execution of the norms, what leads to a correction of the extent of the norms and to the increase of the productivity of the work in the enterprise which uses this system of norms. In the conclusion, the author deals, by making use of the experience, with the matter when a system of norms may be considered as real and how much is it necessary for an average execution of norms of a system that such a system could be considered as actually real during such a period of time. At the end of the article, the author proposes to enable the managers of the enterprises, by a constant observation of the - execution of the norms in the enterprise, to correct in given periods of time the system of norms and so to enable the direct producers to a more conscientious execution and overreaching of the given norm, what leads to a greater business result of the work of the enterprise.
