Summary/Abstract: Second Lieutenant Ioan Buzdugan, promoter of Romanian spirit in Bessarabia, participated in the actions of the national awakening of Moldovan soldiers and officers in the Russian military units of the Romanian front. He completed his studies in economy, law, pedagogy and journalism. As a military, he participated in consolidatingMoldovan military committees, he was elected deputy in the Country Council, he voted for and defended the Union. He wrote books, launched the volumes entitled,, My country”, Bessarabia Icons”, ,, Poems”, and he advocated in favour of Unionist Romanian policy.
