A creative approach towards building a comprehensive security system in an organisation

Summary/Abstract: The article stress out the necessity of building a new, creative security paradigm and presents its main features. It provides an overview of the main rules of the creative approach towards security management and the details of its implementation in all kinds of organisations. The main elements and functions of the „psychological safety” have also been analysed. The authors also justify the need of preparing creative speciallists of security and suggest rules of shaping a new system of training.
