Summary/Abstract: Based on more than 25 years experience communicating with people with disabilities, in this report I pay attention to their integration process efficiency into society. Main part of this integration is increasing the quality of life of people with special needs, also possible through uniting with music-stage arts. From a musician’s position – actor, I am focusing on basic specifics in disabled artists’ preparation for music-stage performance. Philosophy of “inclusion” is embedded in the activities of the International Arts Organization for people with disabilities, created in 1974. Despite the positive steps towards a more humane and adequate attitude to those members of society, our cultural environment is still not completely accessible to them. For all purposes, special art keeps looking for its more professional dimensions.
