Summary/Abstract: RESEARCH OBJECTIVE: The aim of the article is to analyse and evaluate the use of a case study as a method of supporting entrepreneurship education at the university as a part of a practical study profile. THE RESEARCH PROBLEM AND METHODS: During the implementation of projects in the form of a case study, there are sometimes problems on the part of students, as well as organizations that are not convinced to such a form of cooperation with the academic community. The analysis will be carried out on the work of students made in the last two years according to the adopted criteria. In this way, the authors of the paper will try to identify and assess the existing problems in the implementation of projects and formulate recommendations for the implementation of similar projects in the future. THE PROCESS OF ARGUMENTATION: The first part of the article presents the principles of using a case study both as a part of project implementation by students and as a part of a practical study profile. Next, the substantive assumptions regarding the implementation of projects in the four-semester mode at the first-cycle studies were presented. In the summary, the final conclusions were formulated by recommendations regarding the presented method supporting the process of entrepreneurship education. RESEARCH RESULTS: The article analyses 55 projects made by students in two cycles of education in the academic year 2016/2017 and 2017/2018. The main success factors of this type of projects were pointed out with particular emphasis on the close cooperation of the university and the business environment. CONCLUSIONS, INNOVATIONS, AND RECOMMENDATIONS: The presented method of teaching activities implementation within the practical profile of studies seems to be interesting and developed in the future as an innovative educational solution.
