Summary/Abstract: The study consists of seven parts. They outline leading trends in the development of the new world economic triad. The thesis of the international market purge has been developed. The effects that arise in dominating the political factor in trade relations between countries are presented. In the context of this, an attempt was made to formulate the "DT principle". The escalation of international market purge and the spiral of the world trade sanctions were followed.
