Summary/Abstract: Enterpreneurship and communication interpenetrate and both require an orbit of moral principles. It means that an ethical enterprise development depends mostly on communicating closeness in interpersonal relations. This uncommon wording ”communicating closeness” was used by Pope Francis and indicates closeness towards people in all circumstances. A severity towards the people who are weak and aggrieved by fate and not following moral principles under the guise of efficient development of business might be profitable but only in the short run. The closeness with people treats them as subjects, not objects, and contributes to a worker’s identification with their company as well as their respect for employers.
