Summary/Abstract: The two main topics of the paper are the theoretical notion of children’s rights and the basic conceptual problems of social work in realization of these rights. The specific character of children’s rights as related to the concept of univerzal human rights is determined by the specific features of childhood as a part of social structure and by the fact that the children’s rights are consumed within family or through family.
