Summary/Abstract: Religious freedom is one of the fundamental human rights. It includes positive and negative religious freedom. Positive religious freedom particularly includes the freedom of a person or community to practice any religion or belief without any disadvantage. Negative religious freedom includes the right to have no religion, namely to give up its own religion or conviction and not to be forced to adopt or directly preserve a religion or belief. Religious tolerance is based on the non-judgment of others.1 Thereby, if you are a Christian, you do not have to believe that all other religions are simply completely wrong. If you are an atheist, you have to believe that the essential point of all religions is just an enormous mistake. If you are a Christian, you are free to believe that all those religions, even the oddest ones, contain at least an allusion to the truth. 2 The superiority of Christianity consists in not abolishing or dissolving the contemporary culture, nor the non-Christian religions, considering itself sufficient; but enriches with a theological content the profane culture of the world, etting up another direction for it.
