Summary/Abstract: The present study under the clasification of the contract taking into consideration the qualification criterion represents an epistemological approach that pleads by invoking some legal, practical and doctrinal arguments for the necessity and timeliness of the doctrine's recognition of this criterion of classifying contracts. The scientific approach also subsumes the criteria of acuity and relevancy, taking into consideration the pertinent and useful argument of the documented thesis.
