Summary/Abstract: Specific operations of the Land Registry represent a great theoretical and practical interest, taking into account the legislative changes that have occurred as a result of the entry into force of Law no. 287/2009 on the Civil Code, but also by Law no. 71/2011 on the implementation of the provisions of the Civil Code. Problems related to the Land Registry appear mainly in practice, aspects that we will highlight during the course of this paper.
