Summary/Abstract: An intrinsic part of the civil capacity, the capacity of usage of the legal personality represents the aptitude to have rights and obligations, i.e. to be the subject of the civil right. Thus, by the capacity of usage we mean the possibility for every individual to take part in civil juridical relationships.
