Summary/Abstract: Loyalty is one of the most desirable values by many employers, which should be followed by every single employee working on behalf of an organisation. Not only it is connected to their readiness to stay in particular organisation for a long period of time, the attachment or involvment in the process of fulfilling it goals, but also the trust to the company. Having loyal employees is a crucial part done by the human resources management, which isone of the main in tangible assets conditioning competitve advantage of modern companies. Heads or managers of those organisation may influence those different assets to shape loyalty of their employees. The main objective of this article is to illustrate the most important conditions influencing the process of shaping or controlling the loyalty between organisation andemployee.
