Summary/Abstract: The article describes the seals of the Suffragan of Płock, Michał of Raciąż (1496–1513), whose sigillographic system was based on at least two types of seals: a minor seal and a signet. The first one was used to seal the correspondence with a mayor and the city council of Gdańsk and is an example of bust and coat of arms types. Special attention should be paid to the coat of arms which was created by the owner of the seal to be used by him as a bishop. The coat of arms depicted a crosier and a mitre on a gothic shield (Spanish one). The signet is an example of a bust type and presents the crowned Virgin Mary with Baby Jesus.
