Summary/Abstract: Resources, strategic sectors and national security are in relations of interdependency. Nowadays, the competition for resources, particularly for the natural resources, is increasing on global level because of, on the one hand, the emerging powers and, on the other hand, of the rarity of the exhaustible resources. Therefore, in the next years, there are possible the apparition and manifestation of regional and global tensions and conflicts.
