Considerations concerning the integrity of the secretary of the administrative-territorial unit

Summary/Abstract: Given that, in the course of time, instances of conflict of interest or incompatibilities have been signaled in practice regarding the public office of secretary of the territorial-administrative unit, in this paper we propose to analyze the current legal framework governing the integrity monitoring tools, the control exercised by the National Integrity Agency, and the applicable sanction in the field.
