On selected obligations connected with organizing and operating the law office of a legal adviser arising from the Rules and Regulations on Practicing as Legal Adviser

Summary/Abstract: The following article presents selected provisions of the Rules and Regulations on Practicing as Legal Adviser enacted on June 13, 2015. Provisions that govern the requirements regarding the headquarters of law offices, storing law office documents, and obligations concerning compliance with statutory regulations on money laundering, have been singled out.
