Summary/Abstract: Due to its remarkable development, the Internet has become, for the terrorist groups, an active battlespace, and as well a vital mean of communications, propaganda, recruitment etc. Also, the Internet has facilitated creating complex networks between terrorist groups due to the fact that it is a fast, inexpensive and relatively anonymous method of communications which favours loose complex networks, harder to identify and monitor.
