Summary/Abstract: At present, in the preparation of all categories of armed forces in the world, but especially of the forces with high-tech systems, including naval forces, it becomes their priority to equip them with a complex strategy for the future war, the future war that one who started, in fact today, continuing the endless war of the world against the world, introduces new elements between which is the cyberspace. This new type of war, understood as an extension of the complicated confrontation - military, civil-military, economic, political, informational, media, financial, etc. - in all areas, integrates, in a fast an intrinsically way, the classic war, the network-based war, the hybrid war, the economic war, the hyper-war, etc., including the cyber war. Therefore, adapting policies, strategies, operations and actions to the new ontology of collaboration, cooperation and confrontation becomes not only a possibility and an opportunity, but also a necessity. Already most of the countries of the world have developed, at the turn of the century, both specific cyber security policies and appropriate strategies to implement them. A possible naval cyber security strategy, deduced from the national cyber security strategy but also related to the army’s cyber security strategy, is a necessity today. Therefore, in the following, we propose an approach of such an approach.
