Summary/Abstract: Naval cyber security management is not a management in and of itself, but an integrated type. Therefore, always, all its components - from the ones of analysis, structuring, management, solution and until the optimization of all the components and of the whole process - bear the mark of the uniqueness in diversity and of the consonant diversity. Cyber risk is a vital risk, and its control, that is, the threat, the vulnerability and the relationship between them requires an integrated vision, a unitary concept and a flexible analysis capacity, as well as tailor-made tools. The cyberspace and its proper management introduce into the equation, at the same time, a specific instrumentation and a new philosophy of interdependencies and integrated managerial action.
