Summary/Abstract: The demarcation of real estates in the polish procedure is specific because it takes place in twomodes, administrative and civil. Therefore, the position of the party in this procedure deservesattention because of the need to ensure that it can actively participate in this procedure. Thespecificity of the demarcation proceedings in an administrative manner is that the party can notsue a decision to a higher authority and can only continue it before a common court. The purposeof the article is to show the specificity of demarcation proceedings in Poland. The authorconsidered its individual stages, focusing on the administrative aspects and the role that thepublic administration body plays in this procedure.
